This fee is for those who are short ($$$) on payment after service. In order for your next booked appointment to be marked as CONFIRMED, you’ll have to pay your deposit fee (which goes towards your service), plus your SURCHARGE fee (additional cost to your service total), or else your appointment will be canceled! This is a ONE time fee, but will be applied to every service/and or customer that is short on payment. The surcharge total can and will increase, depending on amount paid versus balance due after service.
